At this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Information Service counter is closed to the public until further notice.
We will continue to process police record checks submitted online, however if you require fingerprints for a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check, we will not be able to complete your application until the office closure ends.
All other information requests, including insurance confirmation requests can be handled via mail or alternative means.
All record checks will be automatically mailed out and no pick-ups will be permitted at this time.
